Dan, Naphtali and Asher were assigned to be together in the Ancient Land of Israel. They were located on the North Side of the Camp of Israel. Dan would pitch on the North, with Asher and Naphtali. Eagle was the Symbol for all three tribes.
DAN
Dan would pitch on the North, with Asher and Naphtali. Mother was Bilah. The mother of Dan was Bilhah who also bore Nephtali. Dan and Nephtali are often linked with each other. We identify Napthtali with Norway and Dan with Denmark.
Gen 49:16 Dan shall judge his people, as one of the tribes of Israel.
Gen 49:17 Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall backward.
Gen 49:18 “I wait for your deliverance, LORD.
Dan – “God is judge”. 1st born of Bilhah. Type of Judas or the anti-christ? Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path..” Gen49:17, also Amos8:14. Missing from the Rev 144,000. (This was Samson’s tribe).
Symbols
Dan’s symbols are a lion, a eagle, snake, a dragon, a white horse and a Griffin. (creature with the body, tail, and back legs of a lion; the head and wings of an eagle) The serpent was the primary symbol of Dan, but the white horse was its secondary symbol. Its primary symbol has largely been superceded by his secondary emblem, the horse, usually pictured as being white. In Denmark, a white horse appears on the shield in the Royal Arms.
Dan’s was jacinth and the color of his flag was similar to sapphire.
History of Dan
At first the Tribe of Dan received an inheritance around the area of Joppa but the Amorites forced Dan into the Mountains. Most of the inheritance of Dan in the south was to be lost to the Amorites and Philistines and later regained by the Israelite Tribes of Ephraim. Judges 2;34 35. The Bible says that Danites from the south went out (northward) and conquered a place called Leshem (Joshua 19) that they renamed Dan: They did the same thing with another place called Laish (Judges chapter 18).
So Dan was the first tribe associated with Idol worship. They were the ones who introduced idols to the rest of the tribes.
“The six hundred Danites, armed for battle, stood at the entrance to the gate. The five men who had spied out the land went inside and took the carved image, the ephod, the other HOUSEHOLD GODS and the cast IDOL while the priest and the six hundred armed men stood at the entrance to the gate. When the men went into Milcah’s house and took the carved image, the ephod, the other household gods, and the cast idol, the priest said to them, ‘What are you doing?’ They answered him, ‘Be quiet! Don’t say a word! Come with us and be OUR FATHER AND PRIEST. Isn’t it better that you serve a tribe and clan in Israel as priest rather than just one man’s household?’ Then the priest was glad” (Jud. 1:16-20). Jdg 18:11 -20
The fact that Dan is left out of the 144,000 of the tribes of Israel listed in Revelation 7 does not mean they are not saved. Rather, it just means their salvation is “delayed.”
Gen 49:18 “I wait for your deliverance, LORD.
Dan introduced idolatry to the rest of the tribes of Israel. God is holding them responsible for introducing Idols to the other tribes.
Amo 8:14 Those who swear by the idols of Samaria, who say, ‘By the god of Dan’ or ‘By the god of Beersheba’—those people will fall and not rise again.”
Because they were so steeped in idolatry they will not be part of the firstfruits mentioned in Rev. 7. However, they will be saved.
Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
Rom 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
Rom 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
Part of Antichrist
Many believe that the tribe of Dan will be part of the Antichrist because the Antichrist is associated with a white horse. The Bible speaks of the “white horse” as the first of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse, riding to war with a bow (Rev.6:2).
Jer 8:16 The snorting of his horses was heard from Dan: the whole land trembled at the sound of the neighing of his strong ones; for they are come, and have devoured the land, and all that is in it; the city, and those that dwell therein.
Jer 8:17 For, behold, I will send serpents, cockatrices, among you, which will not be charmed, and they shall bite you, saith the LORD.
Dan on Ships
“Why did DAN remain in ships?” (Judges 6;7) There is a inscription that links Dan with both Dor and Jaffo off the coast of Israel and thus with the Sea Peoples. Also we know they traveled to purchase iron ores.
“Dan and Yavan from Uzzal were your sub-contracting intermediaries, they produced iron manufactures, alloyed, and in bars. They were amongst your guarantors” (Ezekiel 27;19).
Dan in Greece
The Son of Samson was credited for conquering Greece. Apparently Samson had a child by a slave girl. According to Herodotus, the Heraclidae (Sons of Hercules or Samson) who led the Dorian invasion of Greece believed themselves descended from Hercules and a slave girl named JARDANUS (Herodotus 1;7).
Dan in Mythology
Dan is associated with Greece Mythology. Apollo was originally a Hittite thunder god who in Greek Mythology through Daphne fathered Mopsus. Mopsus took part in the war with Troy. The mother of Mopsus in mythology was called Daphne which according to Josephus was the name given to a spot at the head reaches of the Jordan River on which the centre of DAN IN THE GALILEE was founded. It was on this spot that King Jeroboam set up one of his golden calves for the Ten Tribes to worship. Josephus says that Dan in the Galilee was also known as “Daphne” which was the name given to the mother of Mopsus!
“Danaus, the father of fifty daughters on coming to Argos took up his abode in the city of Inarchos and throughout Hellas [i.e. Greece] he laid down the law that all people hitherto named Pelasgians (Philistines)were to be named Danaans” (Strabo 5.2.40 quoting Euripides ca. 480-406 BCE). Also Says Diodorus of Sicily wrote about this also.
Wandering of Dan
“Is not Ephraim my dear son, the child in whom I delight? Though I often speak against him, I still remember him. Therefore my heart yearns for him, declares the LORD. SET UP ROAD SIGNS, PUT UP GUIDEPOSTS. Take note of the highway, the road that you take. RETURN, O Virgin Israel, return to your towns. How long will you WANDER, O unfaithful daughter?” (Jer. 31:20-22, NIV).
Everywhere the tribe of Dan went they left his mark. He names Denmark after himself and also many of the rivers in Europe.
Dan’s History of Ireland
After leaving Greece, the tribe of Dan sailed to Ireland and established a colony. They were called Tuathe De Danaan.
Irish Move to America
In 1630 Charles I came to power. In the 1630s, Presbyterians in Scotland staged a rebellion against Charles I for trying to impose Anglicanism. The English Parliament under Oliver Cromwell re-conquered Ireland from the Catholic Confederates in 1649-53. The Wars eliminated the last major Catholic landowners in Ulster.[51]
The Irish fled to America to escape genocide perpetuated by the hands of the English. What is commonly called the Irish Famine was the direct result of a policy limiting what the Irish were allowed to own and eat. When a potato blight struck, many in Europe began to want for food. The English confiscated all food supplies from the Irish countryside in order to SUPPLY food for England. The most reliable estimates put the death toll at 5 to 6 million persons.
1845 FAMINE
The people who migrated before 1845 were mainly Scottish. The Irish did not migrate until the Potato Famine of 1845. The greatest emigration of the Also there was widespread raping of the Irish women. It was the English attempt to bred out the Irish. The Irish women were raped by English landlords so that their babies would be only half-Irish. They would then rape the young half-Irish baby girls when they were old enough to have children as a way to dilute Irish blood further. The men at King’s Plantation were put into forced labor for the duration.
Thus the tribe of Dan also became associated with the United States. Thousands of Irish immigrated to the United States because of the Potato Famine in Ireland in 1845-1846. It is interesting that one symbol of Dan is the “eagle.” The eagle is also the symbol of the United States of America!

Naphtali
Mother was Bilah. Naphtali was the sixth son. His mother was Bilhah, maidservant of Rachel. Dan was his full-brother. Naphtali and Dan are often found together and share some attributes with each other.
Naphtali – means “Wrestling”. Wrestling was what Jacob did prior to receiving the new name of Israel. It’s a word used uniquely in Eph6 is the Armor of God.
Napthali was an amethyst and the color of his flag was like clarified wine of a not very deep red

The well-known city of Tiberias by the shores of the Sea of Galilee is in the territory of Naphtali.
Symbol
The symbol of Naphtali was “A hind let loose” (Genesis 49;21) and a deer or stag was used as a royal symbol by the Kings of Scandinavia. The symbol of Naphtali in Hebrew was an “ayalah” (Genesis 49:21) i.e. a female deer, i.e. a doe or hind.

Characteristics:
Naphtali is associated with the Hebrew month of Adar. Fishel Mael finds much in common between the characteristics of Naphtali and the events of Purim that took place in the month of Adar.Naphtali is always counted last of the Tribes.
We identified Naphtali with Norway though groups from Naphtali were also to be found elsewhere. Norway was known as Thule. The word Thuls means Speaker.
History Of Naphtali
The Naphtali were also known as Abdali, Ye-da, Ye-ta, Ephtha, Hua, Huones, White Huns, Thyssagetae, Little Goths, and other names. A people called Thyssagetae were located by Herodotus in the north of Scythia in the Urals region.
In Scythia one group called itself Nephtali or Cadussi. They were previously north of the Altai Mountains and were part of the Massagetae. They were described by the Chinese with blue eyed and fair-haired. The Nephtalites were called Cadussi by the Greeks, Romans, and Persians but Pliny reported that they termed themselves “Gaeli”. The Cadussi (or Kadussi) later moved northwards into Scythia east of the Ural mountains where they were also referred to as Nephtalites. They later would be called the White Huns. They were called Ephthalites by the Greeks. One of the surviving groups fled to the west and may have been the ancestors of the later Avars in the Danube region.
According to Procopius’s History of the Wars, written in the mid 6th century – the Hephthalites “are of the stock of the Huns in fact as well as in name: however they do not mingle with any of the Huns known to us. They are the only ones among the Huns who have white bodies….”
The Hephthalites (hast to lites) entered Kabul and overthrew Kushan in present day is Pakistan. They moved into Bactria and eventually worked their way into Persia. After a series of wars (503–13) they were driven out of Persia, were finally (557) defeated by Khosru I. The White Huns also invaded India and succeeded in extending their domain to include the Ganges valley.
Some of them had later come eastward towards the Great Wall of China where the Juan-juan. The Chinese subjected them so they rebelled and left for the west.
In Scythia, Naphtalites and Danites from DAN had been recorded together. In 500 AD they became the Vikings of Scandinavia, especially of NORWAY. There was a large influx of Danes into Denmark at the same time period. By the 700’s Scandinavia appears to have become overpopulated.

It is notable that the Ancient Khazar DNA is akin to the Caucasian Avars.

The English-speaking world has names of Old English origin (like Edward, Alfred and Edith), as well as Norman origin (like William, Roger and Richard) and Old Norse origin (Eric, Arnold and Ronald).
Asher
Mother was Zilpah
Gen 49:20 Out of Asher his bread shall be fat, and he shall yield royal dainties.
Asher – means “Blessed” 2nd born of Zilpah.The blessing of Moses said of him: “…Let him dip his foot in oil”.
Symbols
Asher’s stone was a beryl. The Tribal Standard of Asher was an Olive Tree. He also uses a cup as a symbol.

VANDALS

“A STRIKING RESEMBLANCE OF MANNERS, COMPLEXION, RELIGION, AND LANGUAGE SEEMED TO INDICATE THAT THE VANDALS AND GOTHS WERE ORIGINALLY ONE GREAT PEOPLE.
The historian Procopius reported that the Vandals had come from the Sea of Azov area just north of the Black Sea by the River Don. The Vandals in the first century CE had been known as Lygians or Lugii. They had then been located by the Upper Vistula River. This culture had originated in the Scythian area but evolved differently from that of the other Scythian peoples. They were located east of the Vistula in present-day Eastern Poland near the Burgundians. Pliny (N.H. 4; 14) said that the VANDALS were a federation composed of the Vandili, Varini, Goths, and Burgundians.
At that stage the Vandals were led by two leaders, named AMBRI and Assi. The name “Ambri” is associated the Ambri people who fought with the Sicambri (Franks) against Alexander the Great in Bactria. The Aseir were the people of Odin and migrated to Scandinavia.
Burgundians
The Burgundians were to settle in France and Switzerland and came from Swedish isle of Bornholm. The Burgundians descended from BERIAH son of ASHER. BERIAH was pronounced Veriag from which we get the name Vikings. The Brigantes were also descended from Beriah. Beriah had two sons (Numbers 26; 45) Heber (Cheber) and Malchiel. These are the descendants of Brigantes and Burgundians.
History of the Vandals
The Vandals first moved into Spain in the early third Century. In 429 CE the Vandals, under their king Geiseric, crossed the Straits of Gibraltar into North Africa. From North Africa the Vandals raided and plundered the city of Rome in 445 CE. In the Land of Israel the Tribe of ASHER had received its territorial portion which encompassed the famous Phoenician city of Great Sidon (Joshua 19;28). The people of Asher were returning to their original homeland!
In 533 AD the Byzantines crushed what was left of the Vandal African kingdom although most had already migrated out of Africa by that time. After their defeat, Procopius records that the entire Vandal nation took ship and sailed away. They moved to Ireland and later into Britain. Geoffrey of Monmouth recorded that 160,000 Africans from Ireland joined the Saxons to invade Britain. These Africans were the Vandals and related tribes with them.
A tradition states that in their raid on Rome the Vandals “liberated” treasures taken from the Temple in Jerusalem that the Romans had destroyed in 66 CE. These treasures included the “Menorah” (candle stick). Some of the treasures were retaken by the Byzantines and may have been “liberated” again later by the Goths. The possibility also exists that some of the Temple treasures went with the Vandals to Ireland and then to Britain.

We have identified Asher lower Scotland and northern Wales. The Lowland Scots and the northern Welsh in some respects may be considered almost the same people. The northern Welsh are fair whereas those of the south are darker.
Names
The Lygian-Vandal tribes were the Boreoi, the Omani, and the Heissi. The sons of Asher were Jimnah, and Ishuah, and Isui, and Beriah, and Serah their sister: and the sons of Beriah; Heber and Malchiel (Genesis 46;17). There are connected to the following:
